First time visiting Central London? Here are the most memorable places I went too. 🥂

Bianca Ahumada

Whether it's your first time visiting london or looking for new places you've never been to before, I will be showing the places I call the highlight of my trip when I went for the first time. In looking for a new place to eat, or some place to look for art and history or even a pic worthy insta spot to take cute pictures. All the details will be here :)

Let's dive right into it!

  1. Tower of London Shop

With architecture that seamlessly blends historical charm and many souvenirs of royalty. You will find a selection of items that celebrate the rich heritage of the Tower of London. Some of the souvenirs I got was a tower of london tote bag, a big chocolate coin wrapped in gold and some stunning pearl earrings. The best part about it's location is that it is right by the London Bridge and the historic castles where you can see the Crown Jewels of Queen Elizabeth ll !?!!

2. National Gallery

Experience the timeless allure of the world's greatest master pieces at the National Art Gallery. I remember when I first stepped inside the museum the walkway of art felt endless. So many beautiful pieces of art in every corner you go too.

Fun-fact: There are over 2,300 pieces of artwork !

If you like to admire unique different pieces of artwork and how each evokes a certain story and emotion this is for you.

3. Cóte Restaurant

By far one of my favorite restaurants I went too! Sooo so good👩🏻‍🍳

Nestled in the vibrant heart of London near St.Pauls Cathedral is Cote Restaurant. A Blend of French inspired cuisine and warm hospitality. A great ambience with amazing flavorful food. My go-to was their Salmon and Calamari with a Rose drink. Next time I visit I'm heading back there!

4. Buckingham Palace

Next up is a closer view to the British Heritage. Captivated by the architecture. Beyond its historical and cultural significance, Buckingham Palace also offers a glimpse into the daily life of the royal family. With their performance of the guards riding their horse and soldiers walking while playing the trumpet is one you can't miss.

I was really cool to be immersed into the royalty culture. P.S do expect there to be lots of people in the crowd to watch. I'd suggest to get their early.

5. St. Pauls Cathedral

Last but not least an architectural masterpiece nestled in the heart of London. In visiting the Cathedral you are allowed to go up 528 flights of stairs!?! Some of the stairs are narrow but once you get to the very top you the steps get really narrow. Indeed quite the workout. If you plan to go I would suggest bringing a good pair of sneakers. Aside from the flight of stairs the view to the top is stunning where you can see all of London. A living monument their culture and their people.

I hope I inspired you all to check these places out. Remember, the world is full of incredible places waiting to be discovered, so don't hesitate to embark on your own adventures and create unforgettable memories. Happy travels, my friend! 🌍✨
