Off to Scotland! Here Are Some of My Most Memorable Experiences in Edinburgh š¤š“ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó “ó æ
Over the three-day weekend of my study abroad, I had the incredible opportunity to take a three-day trip to Edinburgh. While my time was spent short, I still had the most memorable experience of my life.
By far, the biggest awe moment for me ever! As crazy as it sounds, I was fortunate enough to see them both as they left their London residence. It was the right place at the right time, type of moment. So, if you ever see a patch of police wearing a bright neon uniform on a motorcycle, they're probably escorting someone famous and well-known.
Going to the Scotch Whisky Tasting Experience was not what I was expecting. It was even better than I had in mind as you enter into a room you will be immersed into a 360 ambient sound and visuals of nature that make you get a feel of the different regions. You enter several other rooms and go on to try a whisky of your tasting.
Ā Now, I'm no Whiskey person, but I can truly say that I enjoyed trying something new that I've never done before. It was such an awesome experience, one that I think shouldn't be missed. It holds great value to Scottish culture as well. If there's on way I would describe the experience to be like it would be like a Disney ride version for Whisky tasting.
3. Going to the Iconic Victoria Street
Last but certainly not least walking through the street named after Queen Victoria as she came to the throne in 1837. Wind your way through Edinborugh's old town, where you will be surrounded by bright colorful shops. A perfect spot for photos and a good area to grab a bite and shop for souvenirs.

In a town as small as Edinburgh, there's lots you can do and explore on your visit I would like to recommend checking out some of these other spots as well down below.

Important side note: There are lots of stairs. I recommend bringing sneakers and a warm jacket. In the summer, you would think the weather would be nice and warm, but that's certainly not the case when I went. Prepare walk up on an incline as well and prepare yourself with the unpredictable weather. Brining an Umbrella is so essential.
I hope this all gave you insipriation to come visit Edinburgh,Scotland. Filled with so much history and knowing how several films and shows within the entertainment industry record there scenes is so crazy to me. Who knows maybe you all will see the royals like i did. You never know!
